Your home for the retreat is Iro Retreat, an exclusive private villa nestled high in the lush mountains of Arorangi, on the sunset side of Rarotonga. Surrounded by tropical gardens and overlooking the vast Pacific Ocean, it's a sanctuary that naturally invites you to slow down.
With panoramic sea views, open communal spaces, and quiet corners to retreat to, the villa offers the perfect balance of connection and privacy. You might find yourself reading on your balcony, journaling between sessions, or simply soaking in the beauty around you.
We've woven plenty of spacious free time throughout the retreat. This isn't about packing your schedule with activities. It's about creating space to truly be.

Payment & booking terms
We want everything to feel clear and easy. Here's a quick summary of how payments and cancellations work.
Flexible payment options
Pay in full, split 50/50, or spread across 4 instalments. Choose what feels right for you.
Final payment 4 weeks prior
All balances must be settled no later than 4 weeks before your retreat start date.
Non-refundable deposit
A deposit secures your spot and is non-refundable. Cancellations within 8 weeks of the retreat are non-refundable.
