    Where it all began

    Two women, one shared vision. To create transformative spaces for women to rest, reconnect, and rediscover their inner glow.

    Women's Wellness Retreats was born from a simple truth: as women, we often pour from empty cups. We give endlessly to our families, our work, and the people around us, and somewhere along the way, we forget to pause and refill our own reserves.

    Our paths came together through a shared passion for wellness and a deep understanding of how transformative it can be to slow down. We had both experienced seasons of life that called for more care, more balance, and a gentler way of being, journeys that ultimately led us back to ourselves.

    Rarotonga became a pivotal part of that story. We have both lived on the island and truly connected with its calming nature. Rarotonga has a way of softening you, inviting you to exhale, unplug from the constant doing, and return to presence. Living there was a reminder of what is possible when life moves at a more human pace, when nourishment, connection, and rest are prioritised.

    From that feeling, Women's Wellness Retreats came to life. What began as our vision has grown into carefully curated retreats that give women permission to slow down, be supported, and truly put themselves first. These are spaces to move, rest, reflect, be nourished, and gently refill your cup, without guilt.

    We believe every woman deserves time to feel held and restored. That belief shapes everything we create, from the rhythm of our days to the smallest details, because we know how powerful it is when women are given the space to simply be.

    Ash

    Ash is a certified yoga and meditation teacher with over 10 years of experience guiding women through transformative wellness journeys.

    Her path to wellness began during a deeply challenging time. After struggling with infertility for over five years, she turned to yoga, nutrition, and holistic healing. That journey changed everything. Yoga helped her reconnect with her body physically, emotionally, and spiritually, and she went on to conceive naturally and welcome three daughters.

    Those experiences fueled her passion for supporting women through all stages of life, from fertility and motherhood to navigating burnout and finding balance in a demanding world. She's trained as a holistic health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and specialises in practices that nourish the nervous system and support the mind-body connection.

    Her warm, nurturing presence makes even the most nervous first-timer feel at home. Ash is here to support you through movement, breath, and deep restoration.

    Tamara is the creative visionary and organiser behind every retreat experience, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so you can fully immerse yourself in the journey.

    Her wellness journey began nearly a decade ago during a long and challenging path to pregnancy. The meaningful changes she made physically, mentally, and emotionally led her to her beautiful triplets and ignited a deep passion for living with intention and balance. She knows what it's like to run on empty and why carving out time for yourself isn't selfish, it's essential.

    Having lived across London, Melbourne, Perth, and New Zealand, Tamara brings her love for travel, meaningful experiences, and meticulous attention to detail into creating retreats that feel seamless and unforgettable.

    From sourcing the perfect venues to curating activities that balance adventure with rest, Tamara ensures your retreat flows seamlessly from start to finish. She has an eye for the details that transform a good trip into a life changing escape.
