
Lime & Coconut Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 1¼ cups almond flour
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- Pinch of salt
- ⅛ tsp turmeric (optional)
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp lemon/lime zest
- 3 tbsp lemon/lime juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Extra shredded coconut for rolling
Method
- 1.Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until a sticky dough forms.
- 2.Roll into even balls (about 1 tbsp per ball).
- 3.Optionally roll each ball in shredded coconut.
- 4.Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before eating. Store in an airtight container.
