    About our retreats

    A little space.
    A little spark.

Glow retreats came from seeing a need for women to have space to pause, reconnect and feel looked after.

Our retreats are a space to step away from the noise and the never-ending lists. To slow down, soften and give back to yourself.

Think yoga and movement, nourishing food and restorative sessions, with plenty of time to rest and simply be. There's adventure, creativity, music, laughter and plenty of fun too, all to help you find your spark again.

    • Rest and adventure.
    • Nourishment and fun.
    • Slowing down and finding your spark again.

Just space to exhale, be looked after and be you for a while, then head home feeling lighter, brighter, with some of that inner glow back.

    Words from our guests

    A little inner glow

I came to the retreat to catch my breath. Stress and anxiety having taken their toll, I needed some time out from my life. I have loved the companionship and kindness of strangers. The wisdom, talent and energy of Ash, Tamara and Sarah. All sessions are meaningful in big and small ways: movement, mind and spirit being addressed daily and awakened. My cup is refilling and I am so very grateful.

    Meet your retreat hosts

We’re Ash and Tamara, and we believe every woman deserves time to feel held, restored and truly looked after. We’ve both walked our own healing paths and found our way back to ourselves through wellness, connection and a little adventure. Along the way, we learned that making time for yourself isn’t selfish, it’s essential.

That belief shapes everything we create. Together, we’ve built a safe, welcoming space where you can rest, reconnect and find your spark again, whether it’s your first retreat or your fifth.

    Questions

    Questions, answered

Can I come solo or do I need to bring a friend?
Both! We have women who come solo and leave with lifelong friendships, and we have groups of friends who make it their annual ritual. Coming solo can actually be incredibly liberating: it's your time, your journey, and you'll be surrounded by like-minded women who get it.
    Never done yoga before?
Perfect! All levels are welcome. This retreat is about connecting with yourself, not perfecting poses. We've had everyone from complete beginners to advanced yogis, and we meet you exactly where you are on your journey. Our movement practices blend gentle strength, mobility, flexibility, and nervous system support through a mix of yin and yang poses.
I'm going through a really difficult time emotionally. Is this the right environment for me?
Often the women who need this most are the ones who wonder if they're "up for it." Our retreats are intentionally gentle and held with real care. There's no pressure to share, perform, or keep up. Many women arrive in a tender place, and find that's exactly where the experience meets them.
Can I attend if I'm recovering from illness or going through a difficult time?
Absolutely. We welcome women at all stages of health and recovery. Everything is gentle, guided, and entirely adaptable to your body and where you're at. We just ask that you let us know so we can support you properly.
