TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to our Women's Wellness Retreats 2025. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (the participant) and our organisation. By booking a retreat, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 4 weeks prior to the retreat start date.

Bookings made within 4 weeks of the retreat start date require full payment at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the retreat start date: Payments will be refunded minus the non-refundable 50% deposit.

Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the retreat start date: No refunds will be issued unless your spot is filled by another participant.

Cancellations due to sickness or personal circumstances: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued within 4 weeks of the retreat date. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

If we cancel the retreat for any reason, all payments, including the deposit, will be refunded in full.
3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for cancellations, illness, and travel disruptions.
4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for their own health and wellbeing. Please consult your doctor before attending the retreat if you have any medical conditions.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any dietary requirements, allergies, or medical conditions at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe.
5. Liability

We are not liable for any personal injuries, illness, or loss/damage to personal property during the retreat.

Activities undertaken during the retreat are at the participant’s own risk.
6. Changes to the Program

While we make every effort to provide the retreat as advertised, we reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, instructors, or location if necessary.
7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to events outside of our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or travel restrictions.
